Shipping Methods and Costs

Delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method and the product chosen.

SHIPPING PRICES FOR INDIVIDUALS:

Shipping to the Peninsula: Free shipping. (Special measures will be subject to an additional shipping cost.)
Shipping to the Balearic Islands (Mallorca and Ibiza): 60€ per package.
Shipping to the Balearic Islands (Formentera and Menorca): 60€ per package.
Shipping to Portugal: 70€ per package.
Shipping to other countries: Request a quote.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

We will inform you by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouses.

If you make your purchase and select payment by bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until we receive payment confirmation.

I haven’t received my order yet

If your purchase hasn’t arrived yet and the delivery time has passed, please check your email as you may have received an email informing you that the order has left our warehouse.
