All products offered on the website have a three-year legal warranty of conformity in accordance with the conditions established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Customers of Talleres Alfonso y Fernando S.L. benefit from the warranty provided on the products.

Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material, or wear and tear caused by normal wear, are not covered by this warranty.

In the event of a defective product, www.jardindehierro.com will repair, replace, or reduce the price of the product, free of charge, as needed.

Decreases in the functionality of the products due to design limitations are also excluded from this warranty.

In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract. These actions will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. However, we extend this period to three years.

The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

The contractual guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. Jardindehierro.com will be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, provided the customer has informed Jardindehierro.com of the lack of conformity within 30 days of becoming aware of it. In the case of a defective product, the seller will proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract. All of this is without prejudice to Jardindehierro.com’s authority to verify the authenticity of the defects, their origin, and the time of their appearance.

In any case, to properly exercise the warranty, the Customer must contact Jardindehierro.com at info@jardindehierro.com within a maximum of 30 days of discovering the defect, and must inform the seller of the nature of the problem, the time, and the conditions of its appearance. Likewise, the Client has the right to have the property remedied in accordance with the rules of Article 118 and following of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
