Exchanges

If after your purchase on jardindehierro.com you are not satisfied with an item, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange.

We will provide you with a link to indicate how you wish to proceed with the return.

Please pack your items securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include the delivery note. It is important that you indicate on this document that you wish to make an exchange and specify the items involved.

Hand the package to the carrier.

Within 14 calendar days from the time we receive your package in our warehouse, we will process the exchange.

Withdrawal (Right of Cancellation)

Any consumer purchasing through www.jardindehierro.com has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.

The withdrawal period expires 30 calendar days from the day the consumer or a third party indicated by them (other than the carrier) physically receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by making an unequivocal statement to Talleres Alfonso y Fernando S.L. using one of the following options:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 30-day period expires.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received. The refund may take up to 14 calendar days from the date we receive your return at our warehouse. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any charges as a result of the refund.

You must inform us how you prefer to return the goods via the chosen communication method, selecting one of the following options:

  • Free return by dropping the package off at the nearest courier point.

  • Home pickup by the courier service, with a fee of €6 per package, which will be deducted from the refund.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to measure or clearly customized.

 

Refunds

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when we receive your return at our warehouse, or when you provide proof of return—whichever comes first.

Once we verify the condition of the returned items, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Did you pay by bank transfer? In this case, we will need your IBAN to process the refund. Please include this information when filling out the return form. Otherwise, someone from our administration team will contact you to request it before processing the refund.
